Kirk & Kristin Sherman have been the lead pastors at Trinity for 18 years and have been pastoring for 32 years altogether. Their ministry focuses on building the local church, developing passionate followers of Christ, and reaching the people God desperately wants.

Kirk and Kristin have two sons that are married; Zach & Samantha and Colton & Alexis. They live in Springfield, MO with the world's most adorable grandchildren, Harrison & Anna!

Michael Carter has been in ministry for 10 years. He has served in about every area of ministry there is. His hearts desire is to see a generation of young people fall madly in love with Jesus and walk out their identity and gifting.
